Our website www.secondcashmere.com is owned and operated by Second Cashmere, a company based in the United Kingdom, operating under UK law and tax systems.
Whether you’d like to place an order or want to ask us something, we’re here to help from 9am until 6pm Monday to Saturday. Currently, we only provide support via email but rest assured we will get back to you within 24 hours of your email.
2. ORDERS + CONTRACT INFORMATION
Once we have dispatched your order, only then will we form a contract between Second Cashmere and yourself. Item(s) will only be dispatched once payment is taken, not before. Until such order is dispatched your order may not be accepted by Second Cashmere and may also be cancelled by you.
3. PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payments using Stripe Payment Platform which accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express via our secure checkout on our website. Payments outside of our Stripe Payment Platform will not be accepted.
All items are sold in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and all payment details are safely stored via the Stripe Payment Platform. Second Cashmere does not have access to your banking details and cannot and does not store them in any capacity.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 working days. The period of 14 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your item(s). You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within this period, and you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them. You must return the items to us within 14 days of you sending your cancellation notification to us, to our registered address. Beyond a total of 28 days, we cannot provide a return.
Refunds can only be issued via the payment card used in the order and will be issued once we have received your order back at our office. Please allow 7 days for your refund to be issued. As we are a small company, we cannot offer exchanges and we currently cannot cover the cost of postage for returns.
When making a return, please ensure you obtain proof of postage from the postal service you use to return your items. This can include a receipt from the carrier. We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website, please ensure you quote your order number when you initiate your return or exchange.
We do not offer returns if you have altered or damaged the item(s), removed tags or if the item shows any evidence of wear. Please ensure that all item(s) are returned to us in their original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If item(s) are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

6. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Ownership of goods will pass to you when full payment has been received. This includes full payment for all relevant taxes and delivery charges.
8. PROMOTIONAL CODES
From time-to-time we advertise promotional codes.
To redeem a promotional code, type the code into the promotional code field in the bag or checkout section of the site, click the apply button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you forget to enter the promo code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the site.
Codes cannot be applied to any prior online orders. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes. A code’s value is as stated and no transfer, substitution or exchange for cash value for products can be made as part of the offer. Codes cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. Second Cashmere reserve the right to withdraw or vary any offer at any time. Any item refunded will be refunded at the discounted price. Unless stated, all free delivery promotional codes exclude International Delivery and Next Day UK Delivery.
9. FACEBOOK COMPETITION RULES
Entrants must be 18 or over and reside in the UK, unless stated otherwise. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change the prize to an alternative prize of similar value without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so. No cash alternatives will be offered and prizes are non-transferable. Entry is limited to one per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS + CONDITIONS
