An Introduction to Darning | 28th June 2023

Join us for our ‘Introduction to Darning’ workshop with our fantastic knitwear repair extraordinaire Emily! We’ll be at the lovely Bawn Textiles in the Southside of Glasgow on Wednesday 28th June 2023 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm where we will host a 2 hour session on how to get started on darning your knitwear.

As we welcome the warmer months (finally!), now is the perfect time to do those much needed knitwear repairs in preparation for jumper season. Whether your cashmere needs some attention or if your favourite woollen has seen better days, this session will teach you the basics on how to repair your knitwear in a fun, creative and sociable space - with lots of tea! 

All fibres welcome and all equipment and materials will be provided by us! So all you need to do is bring yourself and the item or items you want to mend.

Cancellation policy: If you would like to cancel your place, we ask you to do so with at least one week’s notice so we can fill your spot in time. Any cancellations made within 48 hours before the session can not be refunded, instead your space can be transferred to another date.
