It’s really quick and easy to order online from Second Cashmere however if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us. At this moment in time we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.


Once you have placed an order you’ll receive confirmation via email that your order is being processed and will be on its way to you soon. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a notification to let you know.


We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and all such payments are managed via Stripe through our secure checkout page. We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


We work hard to ensure that everyone is happy with their Second Cashmere purchase, however if for any reason you need to return your order please read the following.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order and orders must be returned to us within 28 days of the order dispatch date.

  • Refunds can only be issued via the payment card used in the order and will be issued once we have received your order back at our office. Please allow 7 days for your refund to be issued.

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.

  • As we are a small company we currently do not pay for your return postage or refund postage.

  • We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website, please ensure you quote your order number when you initiate your return.

  • We do not offer returns if you have altered, worn or damaged your item(s) in anyway.

While Second Cashmere is happy to help wherever we can, returns are some of the most carbon intensive parts of online shopping. We encourage all our shoppers to really think about the item they’re buying before taking the plunge. Please note, while we always guarantee that none of our items have pills (bobbles), due to the nature of secondhand cashmere, you should expect our cashmere collections to be slightly fluffier than cashmere bought new.

All our packaging is sourced from suppliers who specialise in eco-friendly materials and is made from either 100% recycled, recyclable and/or compostable materials. We choose not to print directly onto our packaging, instead using a custom made stamp with vegan-friendly ink, for a more sustainable approach to its disposal. Unless you would like to keep hold of your box or postage bag for storage, all our packaging should and can be recycled - so be sure to!
