STUDIO EDIT: Glasgow’s Conscious Fashion Collective is coming to Glasgow City Centre to showcase what the city can do when it comes to Scotland’s slow fashion movement.
Join sustainable fashion brands; ReJean, Love and Squalor, Second Cashmere, Hayley McSporren and LAW Design Studio and more tbc for a day of shopping, workshops, DJ sets and more! Hosted in collaboration with Scotland Re:Design for the annual Scottish Fashion Festival, STUDIO EDIT will open from 12pm until 5pm at South Block in Glasgow City Centre.
All collaborators will set up shop with exclusive access to some of their newest collections and designs. We’ll also be welcoming other slow businesses from across Glasgow to showcase their work, including the likes of sustainable jewellery and homewares.
One workshop will be hosted by ReJean Denim. ReJean will be spending time teaching visitors the art of denim and clothing repair, encouraging mending and repair at home. Each session will be 90 minutes each, costing £15 per person.
All this, alongside DJ sets and a free drink on arrival, what better way to introduce and celebrate Glasgow’s slow fashion movement?
